What a find. Honest, free parking in back and knowledgeable personnel. My laptop had the blue screen of death. Fred got into the bios and restored the machine. I thought it was dead for good. Prices are fair.

Absolutely wonderful. I had what I thought was an awful problem with my 14 year old Mac laptop and it was diagnosed and fixed within minutes. The gentleman that helped me wasn’t condescending as they frequently are at the Apple Store and answered all of my questions with a smile. I recommend them highly.

I use them for all my school issued student laptop repairs. They are close to the school so it’s an easy drop off and pickup. The service is fast and the rates are considerably less than Apple.

Our apartment building’s internet down. Having no idea of what to do to fix the problem other than powering up/down, we were dead in the water. I found COMPUTER PALACE on YELP. I saw that they were located close to our building in Mar Vista. I read the numerous positive reviews which prompted me to call. I was NOT disappointed. These guys are very technically competent, professional, on time, and polite. Not only that, our technician, explained what he saw, what he was doing and why, and what he thought would be needed to fix the problem. Already long story short, we were up and running in a few hours with new equipment. What a relief. Their prices were reasonable as well. I would recommend COMPUTER PALACE to anyone needing similar services.

These guys are amazing! My very expensive custom built computer fell and broke during a move. I was in the middle of a job for a client and it had all my data one it!! They were able to transfer that data I needed to an external hard drive in a day (it was about 500 gbs of stuff) and build me a new computer at a very reasonable rate! They also helped my mom out with her computer that died. They said it wasn’t worth fixing, transfer off the data and get a new computer that was for her needs. We were both very happy with the results. I realized now I should have gone with a different video card but I didn’t have the time to do my research then. They are very resposive about questions to make sure the new card I want is compatible with this system. Once I get my new card (Nvidia), they can install it and reconfigure my computer in half a day and buy back the other card (AMD) since I just bought this computer a few months ago. They have a customer for life with me. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I had a broken hinge on my HP laptop, so the screen wouldn’t stand up and some of the housing came apart. They identified the issue and fixed it by the next day. Called me right when it was finished to pick it up. Charged me $85 after a 15% Yelp discount and a $20 laptop discount. Computer looks all good.
